I started the process of trying to settle my taxes almost a year ago. Trying to figure it all out, and getting my back taxes filed was so daunting that I was thinking of giving up before I found Attorneys Tax Relief. Shortly after I signed up with them Nur Mannan took over my case and began corresponding with me to finish almost 5 or 6 years of back taxes. This had to be done before they could present an offer to the IRS. Aside from signing documents, there was little to no work on my end. Nur handled everything and constantly reassured me that we would work it out. Now, my debt is settled and I will end up not even paying a fraction of the original debt. Imagine our shock when we found we owed almost as much to the IRS as our modest yearly income because we took money from our retirement funds for a down payment on our home. Although we were in a tizzy in the beginning of our relationship with Attorneys Tax Relief, we were treated very kindly and with understanding and consideration. From my initial call, our situation was completely understood and Operations Manager, Andrew Strickler, calmed us down and explained what must be done to help us. After contracting with them, Case Manager, Shannon Hubman, was assigned to coordinate with the attorneys, other personnel in their organization, and us. Tax Attorney, Max Qualls, took over the paperwork and represented us in dealing with the IRS. It was reassuring that we were able to leave everything in Attorney Qualls' capable hands and never had to interact with the IRS ourselves. As Attorneys Tax Relief provided us with updates, our confidence in their honesty, reliability, and proficiency increased and we are happy to say our feelings were well-founded. Our situation was resolved a few months earlier than expected, completely to our satisfaction, and we are very grateful to them for their assistance. Sept. 25th 2018 Frank Naple’s Settlement Analyst of attorney’s tax Relief took on my case a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, I learned that I owed the IRS $23,000. My then husband did not file our taxes as promised, and then ignored the issue for years. As my ex no longer works so was on the hook for the debt. I was in a minimum wage job and living in a women’s shelter and hoping to make a better life for my disabled son and myself. I spoke at length with Frank. THANK YOU!!! I cannot say enough about the services I received. Jelani Parker was my attorney. For two years she fought to bring down a whopping $20,000 tax debt (incurred by my ex husband after my innocent spouse claim was denied). My ex husband was deemed "indigent" by the IRS and because I made the most money, I was liable for the entire tax debt after the divorce. I was a walking bundle of nerves and great anxiety as well as anger. Jelani was SO incredibly patient, compassionate, and understanding. She vigilantly stayed on the case even after the IRS said no to the OIC twice. Jelani became like a friend. She always returned my emails and calls.
